Questions, answered
Before you order.
How is the clock powered?
Battery details are confirmed in the product box and on your order confirmation. Wall clocks of this type normally take a standard AA battery, which is not always included.
Does the pendulum swing on its own?
The pendulum is part of the clock movement. Check the instructions in the box for how to start it.
How do I hang it?
Fix a screw or hook into the wall at the height you want, then hang the clock by its rear hanging point. Use a wall plug in plasterboard.
How big is it?
It is a tall, narrow wall clock. Exact dimensions are confirmed on the order confirmation email.
Can I return it?
Under UK consumer law you can cancel and return most items within 14 days of receiving them. Contact us with your order number.
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled by Stripe and accepts major credit and debit cards and available digital wallets. The code WELCOME10 takes 10% off.
